Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual problem in men, affecting 25%-40% of men. It’s defined as a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation. Most men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives, but, if premature ejaculation is a chronic or occasional problem, there are three easy ways to gain ejaculatory control.
1) Deep Breathing. Simply taking three long, deep breaths is enough to direct blood flow away from the penis. An Effective Tantra Breathing Technique to Prolong Sexual Intercourse describes an even more powerful breathing exercise to delay ejaculation.
2) Flex and stretch. Flexing your muscles can help you to last longer by shifting your focus to a different part of your body. It also diverts blood from the penis as in the deep breathing technique.
3) Changing position. If you are lying on top of your partner with your legs together, spread your legs wider to shift the pressure away from the testicles. If necessary, withdraw your penis for a few minutes and stimulate your partner with your hands and mouth before re-entering.
Premature ejaculation is no fun for either you or your partner. When you ejaculate so quickly that you don’t give her time to have an orgasm through intercourse, it leaves her feeling unsatisfied and you feeling inadequate. You can help change all that, though, by using these 3 easy ways to slow down and last longer.
